In recent years, India’s growing demand for slope protection and riverbank reinforcement has led to an urgent need for high-efficiency, durable, and precisely woven gabion mesh machines.
Many local construction companies face similar pain points: unstable mesh sizes from manual production, frequent downtime from outdated mechanical systems, and inconsistent zinc coating that shortens the lifespan of gabion structures in humid and flood-prone regions.

To address these challenges, our Indian clients visited our factory this week to inspect our automatic gabion mesh production line. During the visit, our engineering team conducted a live demonstration showcasing the servo-driven system, stable wire feeding mechanism, and automatic cutting unit. The machine’s high-speed operation (≥32 holes/min) and accurate mesh size control (80×100mm & 100×120mm) directly solve the long-standing issues of low efficiency and product inconsistency that Indian users often face.

The clients were particularly impressed by the intelligent control system, which allows continuous production with minimal manual adjustment — ensuring stable mesh tension, uniform zinc coating, and lower labor costs. These technical strengths directly support India’s infrastructure projects where reliability and corrosion resistance are crucial for long-term slope and riverbank protection.

After the inspection, the clients expressed strong satisfaction with the machine’s performance and discussed plans for deeper cooperation in upcoming civil engineering projects.
